Just for the Record
double space
Though life events
trigger stress fields
and unconsciously
create a split,
I have learned
that with some
degree of grit,
I can sit in 90, 90, 90,
with back erect,
feet planted on
the floor, and lower
my brain waves,
which little bit,
by little bit,
transmit a signal
to the body,
mind and soul,
double space
which all will admit,
creates balance
that, replenishes
the wit, in order
to permit, the
exploration of many
a moonlit cove
and kayak trips,
that are sunlit.
