L11 On A Good Day

Thought Experiment

On a Good Day

Up before,
the crack of dawn,
and the 37 minute
heart meditation
with Dr. Joe,
I call on;
followed by the
Blessings of the
Energy Centers,
(BOTEC) of which,
I am really bent on.

On these
coherent signals,
my nervous system,
all day dwells on.
So consequently,
I am likely
to catch on,
with whatever the
universe brings on.

So rather than
start the day
and drag on,
I send a
coherent signal,
down the tracks,
lowering brain waves,
that make stress
fields, a thing of
the bygone,
and day by day,
the survival behaviors
a’ get on,
and leave me,
wanting to saddle up
and press on.

As the stress fields,
become foregone,
it becomes easier
to jump on
the a.m., before dawn
and hang on,
each day bringing
signs, of my affairs
turning right on.
So even though
a day, may feel
like it belongs,
to a once upon,
in time it
comes clear,
that life is
always right on!
